What is Mobility+?
Mobility+ blends the science of movement with targeted strength training to develop:
Joint mobility and flexibility
End-range strength and control
Better posture and functional range of motion
Injury prevention and athletic longevity
This is a movement-based class, not a yoga session or passive stretch session. You’ll be actively working through controlled positions, strength-building isometric holds, and progressive mobility flows that challenge your body in new and productive ways.

Each class focuses on a different area of the body — hips, shoulders, spine, hamstrings, ankles, and more. You’ll learn how to improve range of motion while building strength and stability at those new end ranges.
