An Active, Healthy, and Fun Summer Experience for Kids
The FitKids Summer Camps at Synergy Strength are designed to provide kids with an exciting week filled with movement, creativity, learning, teamwork, and fun.
Our camps combine fitness, outdoor activities, healthy lifestyle education, games, crafts, and team-building in a positive and supportive environment where kids can stay active, make friends, and build confidence throughout the summer.
Whether your child already loves sports and activity or simply needs a fun and engaging summer experience, FitKids Camp is designed for all ability levels.
Why Choose FitKids Gym Summer Camps?
Full-Day Fun: Our camps run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a full day of engaging activities.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Made Easy: Drop-offs are from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with pick-ups between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Need more flexibility? Early or late drop-offs are available for $15/15 minutes.
Holistic Activities: From invigorating workouts to arts and crafts, outdoor games, and water activities, we’ve got something to excite every child.
Safe and Nurturing Environment: Our experienced staff ensures your child stays safe while having fun and staying active.
What Kids Will Be Doing Throughout the Week
+ Daily Fitness & Movement Sessions
Kids will participate in two daily workouts focused on:
- Fitness development
- Athletic movement
- Team games and challenges
- Coordination and confidence
- Learning new skills
Campers will also be introduced to beginner-friendly:
- Olympic weightlifting movements
- Gymnastics skills
- Bodyweight exercises
- Agility and conditioning activities
Our focus is helping kids enjoy movement while building confidence, fitness, and healthy habits in a fun and encouraging environment.
+ Gardening & Responsibility
Throughout the week, campers will plant flowers and help care for them while learning about responsibility, teamwork, and the basics of gardening. This gives kids an opportunity to spend time outdoors and take ownership in caring for something throughout the week.
+ Lemonade Stand Project
One of the highlights of camp is our weekly lemonade stand project.
Kids will work together to:
- Create signs and advertisements
- Promote their stand
- Set up and operate the lemonade stand
- Learn teamwork, communication, and creativity
This project gives campers a fun opportunity to work together while building confidence and social skills.
+ Healthy Snack Preparation & Nutrition Education
After the second workout each day, campers will prepare healthy snacks together and discuss:
- Healthy food choices
- Nutrition for active kids
- Healthy habits and routines
- Simple snack ideas they can use at home
We believe teaching kids healthy lifestyle habits early can make a major impact on their long-term health and confidence.
+ Arts, Crafts & Creative Activities
Campers will also participate in arts and crafts projects throughout the week.
Kids will have opportunities to:
- Draw and paint
- Build creative projects
- Participate in fun challenges
- Express creativity in different ways
These activities help balance the physical side of camp while allowing kids to relax, socialize, and have fun.
+ Daily Water Fun & Slip-and-Slide Activities
Summer camp should be exciting and memorable.
Each day includes outdoor water activities and slip-and-slide time where kids can cool off, relax, and enjoy summer fun with friends.
These activities are always a camp favorite and help create an energetic and enjoyable camp atmosphere.

CAMP LEADERS
+Bella Brown - Camp Leader
I'm Bella, I’m 20 years old, and I am an international level Olympic weightlifter. I have competed in international competitions such as Junior Pan Ams, Junior Commonwealths, where I won a silver medal, and Junior World Championships. I am looking towards qualifying for senior international events, and hopefully going to the Olympics as a long term goal. As an elite Weightlifter, coaching had been a huge part of my journey. I’ve been lifting since I was 12 years old, and began my coaching journey a few years after that. I initially started coaching in order to be able to improve my own lifting, and quickly found a passion for coaching others as well. I have done both comp intro and comp development courses, and look forward to continuing my coaching journey.
+Makenna Smith - Camp Leader
I'm Makenna, a 17 year old student, athlete, and coach. I have extensive experience coahcing kids in multiple sports and running summer camps. I look forward to creating an unforgettable summer camp exeprience whwere kids can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.
+Annalise Brown - Camp Leader
I'm Annalise.. I am 15 years old and I have 3 years of exeperience working with kids. I look forward to providing an environment that is productive, fun, and welcoming for all participants. I have assisted in coaching a weighlifting program for autism servivces and I also help coach the Little Troops and Alpha Troops kids weightlifting programs at Synergy Strength.
+Isabella Barclay - Camp Leader
I'm Bella, I am 17 years old and have attended and worked in summer camps in the past. I played many sports growing up and now am a CrossFit athlete at Synergy Strength. I have expereince in coaching youth hockey players in their off-ice training and am trilled to be working with young athletes once again.
