For nearly two decades, this fall competition has been part of the Synergy story. It started as the Prairie CF Challenge, moved to the Bridge City Beat Down (BCBD), then the Voodoo Fitness Festival and now the KONG KLASSIC. It has evolved over the years and we have decided that this year, we're taking it back to where it started.
Old-school Fitness. Classic competition. Five tests.

THE FORMAT
Same Sex teams (MM/FF) - Divisions (Rx’d or Scaled)
SCHEDULE
Friday Night — Event 1
Kicks off the weekend.
Saturday — Events 2–5
Four more tests. One full day of competition.
5 EVENTS. 2 DAYS. OUR GAMES.
Some workouts will be revealed…Some won't.
Like the past we will use this years “CF Games” for inspiration on workout design and to bring a mini Games to the the participants.
