INCLUSIVE FEMALE FOCUSED EXERCISE CLASS
LIFT provides a supportive community where you can develop strength and confidence in your body and workout with the support of a trained professional!
Safe and appropriate during pregnancy and 4+ weeks after birth because you will receive individualized support in a small group class.
Led by Myranda Reimer, Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Pelvic Floor Therapist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach
Each class, you will receive education and guidance to ensure you are moving with appropriate intensity for your current abilities while providing gentle challenge to support your health and fitness goals!
Many women receive little to no info in regard to the appropriate direction of exercise during the different seasons of life.
LIFT’s purpose is to provide an environment for females to learn more about moving our bodies, building habits that support longevity and health at all age or stage of life.

Passes are managed within Synergy Strength Jane App, the same platform as Physiotherapy appointments

$21 per class
