If you think eating healthy is boring and bland, you haven’t learned about the incredible, palate-pleasing wonders of whole food nutrition! But what are whole foods? Pure and unprocessed, whole foods include fruits, vibrantly coloured vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts, lean proteins and more!
When you eat a variety of whole foods, you give your body the nutrients it requires to function at its highest level.
Bottom line- Whole real foods are the best health care plan you’ll ever have!

JENNE DOAK
Having spent years in the bodybuilding & traditional gym world as both an athlete and personal trainer, I was ready to take on new challenges and expand my coaching knowledge. One session at Synergy Strength and I knew I had found my place. I love helping people of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and over all wellbeing. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the excitement and pride in the people I work with as they tackle a new skill, achieve a personal best, or hit their nutritional goals.
