Fitness Racing combines running, carries, machines, sleds, bodyweight movements, and light/moderate loads into longer, sustained efforts that test your aerobic engine, pacing strategy, and functional resilience.

Each class features workouts designed to simulate real-world performance demands — moving consistently, managing fatigue, and staying sharp under pressure. It's a grind you’ll learn to love.

No overly technical movements. Just pure, consistent work and smart programming built for any fitness level.

75-minute sessions every Saturday in Warman and Saskatoon

  • Structured around longer functional workouts

  • Focus on aerobic capacity, pacing, and sustainable output

  • Movements include ergs, sleds, lunges, carries, wall balls, and more

  • Shorter WOD option available for those who prefer a quicker sweat

  • Programmed by Coach Justin
