Fitness Racing combines running, carries, machines, sleds, bodyweight movements, and light/moderate loads into longer, sustained efforts that test your aerobic engine, pacing strategy, and functional resilience.
Each class features workouts designed to simulate real-world performance demands — moving consistently, managing fatigue, and staying sharp under pressure. It's a grind you’ll learn to love.
