How to use the Warm-up Protocol Creator;

01. Place your projected opening attempt of your SNATCH and CLEAN & JERK in the bright red cell.

- An appropriate number to open with is 92-95% of your goal weight for the day.

02. The light red cells to the left of the “Opener” will auto-populate with your warm-up numbers - these indicate an appropriate build-up in weights to your opener.

03. The number below the load indicates the repetitions to be completed at each weight.

04. Sets should be at least 2-3 min apart throughout

05. Once complete - take a picture or print off the sheet for use at the compeition and for your coach to reference
