Super Stiffness

Coach Chad discusses the concept of Super Stiffness, which was originally popularized and brought forward by Dr. Stuart McGill.

Chad discusses the concept related to the pull-up as it was used in the “Get Your First Pull-Up” program offered at Synergy Strength, but the concept is important to every movement with in the gym, especially loaded movements (squat, KBS, deadlift, snatch, etc).
We use a basic standing grip test as an example of super stiffness in action.
