Blueberry Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, but if you have some lemons….)
1 cup frozen banana chunks
3 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
1/8 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
If you are making this for just you, use ⅓ of each ingredients
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
