CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Whether you’ve trained your whole life or are just starting your fitness journey, CrossFit offers a results-based, community-driven approach that helps you build fitness and improve your health—over your lifetime. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are designed to be fun and effective amongst friends. In a typical one-hour CrossFit class at Synergy Strength, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step. We will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

CrossFit brings people of all backgrounds together with a focus on shared success, mutual accountability, and having fun. The CrossFit community keeps you coming back and helps you stay consistent for the long term.
