Voodoo will be offering 8 divisions this year (all below), there are multiple individual divisions and the rest are same sex partners.

 

+ELITE Individual Division

  • Individual (M/F)

  • Movement Requirements - MU's (ring/bar), HSPU's, HS walking, clean 155/245#, Back squat 225/340#

Comments - athletes in this division should be able to complete all and any skills - there are no limit to the programming and movements.

+RX'd Team Division

  • Same sex pairs (MM/FF)

  • Movement Requirements - Mu's (bar and ring), HSPU's, Clean 155/225#, Back squat 185/315#

Comments - essentially atheltes need to be able to do any movement and skill as there are no limits to the programming given. Be prepared for anything :)

+OPEN Team Division

  • Same sex pairs (MM/FF)

  • Movement Requirements - Pull-ups, T2B, Clean 105/155#, Back squat 145/205#

Comments - athletes in this division may have competed before, but do not have all gymnastics skills and strength required for Rx'd division. Athletes most likely scale some of the daily WOD's in their club programming, but have the capacity to do some Rx'd.

+BEGINNER Team Division

  • Same sex pairs (MM/FF)

  • Movement Requirements - none, everything is scalable and modifiable.

Comments - this division is for those who have never competed before and are interested in getting involved in our sport. The lowest volume and intensities are in this division as the goal of the competitors is be involved and have fun.

+MASTERS ELITE Individual Division

  • Individual (M/F)

  • Age - 35+ years of age on the day of the comp

    • Movement Requirements - MU's (ring/bar), HSPU's, HS walking, Clean 115/185#, Back squat 135/205#

Comments - this division is age based. Movement requirements are not set, but are examples of what is needed to compete best, but please do not focus on these as absolutes.

+TEEN Individual Division

  • Individual (M/F)

  • Age - 15-19 years of age at the date of competition (Sept 07th, 2018)

  • Movement Requirements - Pull-ups, T2B, Clean 85/125#, Back squat 115/185#

+MASTERS I and II Team Division

  • Team (MM/FF)

  • Masters I - 40-49 years of age at day of comp

  • Masters II - 50+ years of age at day of comp

  • Movement Requirements -none....age dictates division :)

Comments - this division is of course based on age. Movement requirements are not set as we allow scalings and modifications as required and needed.
