Join team Synergy Strength on a journey of health and wellness over 3 months. Our 3 month Fall Shred program is built to guide you in developing the skills to stick with nutrition and eating habits that will lead to a healthier and leaner you.
GOALS OF PROGRAM
- Learn the foundational nutrition habits that get you to the start line
- Assist you in understanding your macro profile, how to track it, tweak it and stick with it so you eat healthier to achieve your desired results
- Increase accountability by joining a group of people with similar goals that support each other
- Help you lose unwanted inches and pounds to improve performance at the gym, life in general, and as a consequence, get that lean, healthy, fit look.
HOW IT WORKS
- 12 one hour WEEKLY sessions led by Coach Laurie M. Class runs Monday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (catch the 6 pm or 8 pm CrossFit class)
- Participate in "The Synergy Shred" Facebook group where we will post useful links and communicate with the group regularly to assist with accountability. We encourage everyone to post comments, questions, etc. right in the group.
- Homework - Don't panic, but you will have homework on a regular basis. It might be as simple as snapping a pic of your breakfast and posting it on your Facebook or answering some questions posted by the coach.
- Weigh-ins & Measurements - Again don't panic. This is one of the best ways to stay accountable. No one will see the numbers other than you & Coach Laurie. Results are important!!
- Pictures - These are for you and you only. You will be asked to have before and after photos as again these are highly valuable on the road to change. And lets be honest. It's be pretty cool to see your progress pics when you are all done. Results, results, results!!
- $69 per month. Payment through your Synergy account or other payment method of your choice. NO cash please. Debit or credit card.
