Learn to Powerlift


Synergy Strength is happy to announce that as part of our learn to series of strength sports courses we are adding - "Learn to Powerlift" with coach Marc Morris. We will be offering the course starting Tuesday May 09th, 2017 @ 6:00pm.  The course will run for 4 weeks (May 9, 16, 23, 30th, 2017) and will include one training session per week with Coach Marc and also a monthly open gym membership as participants will have training sessions to complete each week atop the coached session.  The beginner Synergy Strength powerlifting program will be used and will get participants started on the right foot no matter what their goals are; competition, learn to lift, get more comfortable with the barbell, etc.

Cost - $110/program (includes program, coaching, and open gym access to train)
