SYNERGY STRENGTH

We are introducing a new program at Synergy Strength called Learn to CrossFit.  This program is designed to be an extended OnRamp program for those interested in getting started in the sport, but want a bit more time to "get comfortable" with the movements, the classes, the structure, and the energy of CrossFit.

This program is truly designed for those who may have wanted to get started, but have either been intimidated, or scared to get going due to the overwhelming nature of CrossFit.  We understand that our club can be a bit intimidating to walk into and to get started - we are listening and hence the new offering.  So, what is Learn to CrossFit;

Program - LEARN TO CROSSFIT

Schedule - 2x/week training sessions for 8 weeks (Tuesday and Thursdays) 

Start Date - October 31st - two class offerings are available

         **Tuesday & Thursday- 10:00am & 7:00pm 

Cost - $120/month

Goals of the Program - To enhance the "start up" experience for all new CF members and for those interested, possibly scared stiff, of entering or starting CrossFit.  The program is 16 sessions in length over 2 months (2x/week) and is designed to progressively learn and explore CrossFit movements, classes, workouts, and of course its community.
