We are please to announce that we will be modifying Synergy's masters program come September 01, 2016. We are adding increased classes per week at a new time slot in the evening schedule. The new Synergy CrossFit masters program will be offered;
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 7:00pm
The program moves from 2x/week to 3x/week and from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the evenings. These changes are in an effort to help grow the program and to have it fit in with the other programs that we are running in the evening class schedule.
What is CrossFit Masters?
The program is build on a foundation of structured strength training. The foundations of health and independence require strength and movement quality and that is what our program delivers. Participants can expect to develop strength and capacity by learning to deadlift (pick things up), squat (get out of a chair), and many other foundational strength exercises along with employing high intensity interval training, CF class workouts, and a load of other basic assistance exercises.
Who is this program for?
This program is for anyone over the age of 55 and is interested in structured strength and fitness training. The program runs every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00-8:00pm. Classes are in small groups and led qualified staff with a background in physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and clinical strength applications. Nearly anyone can join the program and start improving their fitness immediately.
