Powerlifting Schedule Changes


Moving forward we will be adjusting the Powerlifitng coached schedule based on the needs of the group.  Starting the week of November 07th, 2016 (next week) we will be moving the coached training session from Saturday @ 10:00am to Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm.  This time will be dedicated for those who are following the powerlifting program and working with Coach Marc as well as time for beginners to get started with the program.  Saturday will remain a training time as we will be implementing "TEAM TRAINING" from 10:00-12:00pm every Saturday.  

1. Saturday training is TEAM TRAINING - a time for everyone to come join in and work together as a team.  
2. Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm - Weekly coached time.
