Marc is a full-blown health enthusiast. As a self-proclaimed polymath, Marc enjoys the relentless self-experimentation of all aspects of fitness.
Marc received an Honours Chemistry (Bio-organic Specialization) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
In academia, Marc’s experience ranges from playing “lab rat” as a healthy control to delivering a two full university level courses (Advanced Metabolism and Macronutrients and Current Issues in Nutrition). He was also presented five conference abstracts at Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. In 2009, he moved to the Prairies to pursue graduate school in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan, where he is currently working on his PhD in Nutrition.
As a strength athlete, Marc is a nationally-ranked Powerlifter, 2012 Westerns Raw Champion and holds the #1 ranked raw deadlift in Saskatchewan (by wilks). He has coached several athletes to the National level, including multiple podium finishes, and the provincial level where his athletes hold several provincial records. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Currently, Marc has his sights set on a pro-card as a Men’s Fitness Model and Physique Model.
As a health coach, Marc provides guidance to all those looking to improve their health and reach their fitness goals, specifically through barbell strength training and body recomposition.

Polyhealth creates customized on-line nutrition plans for all types of people (athletes, physique athletes, recreational lifters, sedentary adults etc.)
Each plan is uniquely tailored to your individual needs and goals. All plans include;
1) Evidence-based and Client-centred program: Once we have your assessment complete, we will align your goals with an evidence based plan that is customized to you.
2) Coaching and Direction: Weekly check-ins allow us to further analyze what is working and what isn’t and further adjust our plans to push progress.
3) Accountability and Support: Results take time! One of the biggest factors in improving and maintaining your health is consistency. The easiest way to ensure consistency is to be accountable to someone other than yourself.
