Sherri McEwen - PN Coach

Sherri is a born and raised Saskatchewan girl. She grew up in Saskatoon, playing sports and taking a natural interest in food and cooking. Early on in her adult years, Sherri was blessed with a beautiful baby girl. She was currently working as an aesthetician and cosmetologist, working on beauty from the outside, in. She then decided to further her education and completed her Business Administration Certificate.

Still continuing to play sports and coaching children's sports team, Sherri never strayed from her love of the culinary arts and the desire to have her healthy food taste as good as it made her feel.

Shortly after her discovery of Crossfit, Sherri was able to find a way to combined her love for sport with her love for health and nutrition. She dove into her education once again and completed her PN level 1 and 2. While becoming a Certified Crossfit Coach as well as an Olympic Weightlifting coach, she is now on a mission to share her passion for health and fitness with the community of Synergy Strength and their friends and family. Working on beauty from the inside, out; she is a confident nutrition practitioner, focused on guiding those with goals of a healthier lifestyle to reaching their full potential.
