For Time:
Run 2 Laps
-THEN-
11 Rounds
15 Squats
10 Burpees
-THEN-
Run 2 Laps

*wearing Weight Vest (20/14)

TIME CAP: 40min

 

INDIVIDUALS

- Starting at the end of your lane you then run out and around the field 2 times
- Upon re-entering the field you must run back to the start of your lane
- Once in your lane you run to the first line and do 1 Round (15Squats+10Burpees)
- Then advance to the next line and repeat
- Continue doing a Round at each line until you have completed all 11 Rounds
- Once completed all 11 Rounds then you must run out the end of your lane and around the field 2 times
- The workout will end with you running into your lane and then to the opposite end of the field to the Finish Line

TEAMS

- Both partners will remain together throughout the workout
- Starting at the end of your lane you then run out and around the field 2 times
- Upon re-entering the field you must run back to the start of your lane
- Once in your lane you run to the first line and one of you will do 1 Round (15Squats+10Burpees)
- Then advance to the next line where your partner will then do 1 Round
- Continue alternating a Round at each line until you have completed all 11 Rounds
- Once completed all 11 Rounds then you must run out the end of your lane and around the field 2 times
- The workout will end with you and your partner running into your lane and then to the opposite end of the field to the Finish Line
- Time will be called when both partners have crossed the finish line
