Delivered by Marc Morris PhD CSCS from polyhealth and Lana Price-Wright the Badass Lifecoach, the Mind + Body transformation program isn’t your typical winter “get in your better shape” program. This program focuses on delivering and acting on the principles of body transformation (fat loss, muscle building etc), while developing our mindset in the process. The primary goal of the program is to educate and guide participants on a path towards long-lasting change, both physically and mentally, from two coaches that have spent their lives studying and researching in the area. This innovative custom nutrition and mindset program is fully online (you can participate from anywhere!) and truly one-of-kind.

#1: Nutrition and Body Composition

In this webinar, Marc builds the case for what matters most and what matters least between nutrition and body composition - a lesson learned through helping hundreds of people transform their bodies through evidence based nutrition and training practices.

#2: Goal setting

In this webinar, Lana discusses how to approach past relationships with food, diet, and exercise and how to set goals to build new ones. She also touches on visualization techniques to create your future life, and how to celebrate your progress and love yourself throughout the process.

#3:  Reflection (date TBD)

In this webinar, Lana lays the framework for reflection in the program - how has your mindset around diet and exercise changed, discussing the celebrations and struggles, and how to act on all of these takeaways moving forward.
