Medball Lines

Between 38 St. E and 36 St. E

WORKOUT
For Time:
20 Medball Cleans

*5 cleans at each line, including start line

TIME CAP: 4 min

 

INDIVIDUALS

- 5 Cleans
- Pick up ball and advance to the next line
- Run back to start line
- Run back to Medball
- Repeat Steps 1-4
- Finish after the 20th clean by running the Medball back to the Start Line

TEAMS

- Partner 1 will do the first 5 Cleans at the first line
- One of the partners will then advance the ball to the next line
- Once the ball is at the second line then Partner 2 will do 5 cleans
- One of the partners will then advance the ball to the next line
- Once the ball is at the third line then Partner 1 will do 5 cleans
- One of the partners will then advance the ball to the next line
- Once the ball is at the fourth line then Partner 2 will do 5 cleans
- The workout will end when the BALL and BOTH partners cross the Finish line (back where they started)
