The Synergy Strength Kettlebell Club is one of the newest additions to our list of specialty sport training programs offered.  Our goal as a club is to support niche strength sports and assist the growth of strength sports in Saskatoon and beyond.  Our mission is to expose athletes to the wonderful world of kettlebells and the sport of kettlebell training.  Our principles of training and implementation are similar to those of Stronger First and Pavel Tsatsouline of Dragon Door.  

Similar to all our sport programs we believe in training with purpose and direction, which means our club will train with the intent of competing in competitions such as the Tactical Strength Challenge hosted by Strong First.  By no means are all participants required to compete, but it simply gives direction to the weekly training programs that we offer.  This is what separates Synergy training programs from "bootcamp" programs that use kettlebells as a training tool.  

The typical workout in a kettlebell club will of course be heavily involved in kettlebell work, but we will also involve barbells, ropes, tonnes of bodyweight movements, and other equipment at our disposal.  Our aim is to develop a complete athlete, which involves more programming and long term direction.
