Junior Strength and Conditioning

Synergy believes in developing better people not just better athletes. We believe junior atheltes should exude skill and confidence, be leaders, and be set on a path to improved health and wellness by the actions and choices they make.

Participants in our strength and conditioning classes will learn;

  • Proper gym etiquette

  • Proper warm up procedures

  • Weightlifting technical and strength work

  • Methods of developing true core strength and power

  • Speed, agility, quickness and hand eye coordination drills

  • Functional conditioning work

A typical session includes;

  • Appropriate warm-up

  • Strength - a weightlifting session for strength and power development

  • Conditioning - focused on power, speed, and coordination development

Central Location

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5:30 pm

Warman Location

Monday to Friday - 4:30 pm
