WORKOUT
1 rep MAX Hang Clean

 

INDIVIDUALS

- You have a 1min window to hit your 1 Hang Clean (power or full)
- You will get 3 different 1min windows, which will have 3 full minutes of rest between each.
- Bars can be loaded previous to timer starting (one attempt per station…no changing of weights within the minute….you declare one weight)
- You can have as many attempts per minute as long as the lift is completed before the buzzer

TEAMS

- Both athletes will be at the same station and you will share the barbell
- You have a 1min window for BOTH partners to hit their 1 Hang Clean each
- You will get 3 different 1min windows, which will have 3 full minutes of rest between each.
- Bars can be loaded previous to timer starting
- You can have as many attempts per minute as long as the lift is completed before the buzzer

    • Males also receive 55# plates
