Synergy Strength is happy to announce that we will once again be hosting 7 days of FREE CrossFit. The week of October 17-24th, 2016 will become a free week of CrossFit for all new participants interested in trying their hand at CrossFit. Have you ever tried to get your friend to try CrossFit and the timing is never quite right? Well, with an entire week of free classes we are sure that schedule will not be a barrier to getting started.
We know CrossFit can be intimidated, but we want you to come try it out and meet our excellent coaches and phenomenal community. This is an opportunity to try CrossFit and to do so with no strings attached - simply drop in and get take part in a FREE week of training between October 17-24th.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us. Simply drop by any club at the listed times and talk to the coaches to get started.
