WHO IS Coach SHERRI MCEWEN?
Having a life long love for food and nutrition as well as sports, the journey to becoming a nutrition advisor and Crossfit coach/competator couldn't possibly bring me more joy.
In 2016 I joined the Crossfit community of Synergy Strength. It wasn't long until my love for the sport was overflowing and I decided to commit to educating myself further in the field of nutrition. Sports and nutrition go together like Synergy and Crossfit, so it was a no-brainer to combined my two loves and change my career path.
I am passionate and dedicated to helping others with their goals of nutrition and fitness. Bringing out the very best of everyone so they can be the very best version of themselves.
