FOOD FUNDAMENTALS - FOCUS:

Delivered by Sherri McEwen (PN Coach) from Synergy Sports Therapy. This program is split into two different "focuses"; HABIT or MACRO based, this is a definite over simplification of the content of these programs, but an overarching theme of content. The primary goal of the programs is to educate and guide participants, providing a path to reach their goals in health and nutrition, as well as developing the skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle. These innovative custom nutrition programs are built as weekly group gathering sessions, combined with lectures and discussions that focus on lifestyle and nutritional change as well as, maintenance.

FOOD FUNDAMENTALS - HABITS

The Food Fundamental Habits Program is a 12 week program in a group setting. This program is fantastic for beginners who are looking to start their nutrition journey and reach their goals in a realistic and individual manner. However, it's not only for beginners. It is for anyone who would like to change their lifestyle for the healthier but is not looking to track, measure or weigh their food. 

 

The Habits Program includes:

- 12 one hour sessions (weekly)

- Each week is a different lecture created to build a lifestyle maintenance program for every individual in the group.

- There is at-home as well as in class practices to be completed to help create consistency and confidence in each member of the group

- Practical goal setting

- Specific off-site classes on grocery shopping

- Off-site Meal Prep program

FOOD FUNDAMENTALS - MACROS

 

The Food Fundamental Macro Program is a 12 week program in a group setting. This program is great for those who are ready to learn how to count macros and really hone-in on their body composition goals. Individuals who are already knowledgeable with macros and tracking will also benefit greatly; not only with the accountability of the group setting but also by expanding their knowledge of macros and how to make them work for each individual.

The Macros Program includes:

- 12 one hour sessions (weekly)

- Each week is a different goal and lecture meant to help individuals learn about their body composition and how to change it. 

- Learn how to set macros to reach weight goals and how to change their macros to tweak composition

- Off-site session on grocery shopping

- Off-site session on Meal Prep

 

COST - $125/Month (3 MONTH COMMITMENTS)
