|PARTICIPANT GENERAL INFO
Once again there will be 2 division for the 2012 competition – The Beasts & the Brutes. As like last year, we will try to make the workouts so that even if you can not do a skill or weight, you will not receive a DNF. We want to have the most people be able to compete as possible and have an all inclusive event. General guidelines for picking a Division:
Beast – Athletes could/have competed in the CrossFit Open/Regionals with little to no scaling. Skills like HSPU & MU are recommended but not absolutely necessary. Also should be able to get through with rx’d weights. Beast will have 1 workout on Friday night as well as a min of 3 on Saturday.
Brutes – This division is for almost everyone, from someone that had been doing CrossFit for a while but not quite ready for the Beast to someone that has just started and wants to try out their first competition. Brutes will have a min of 3 workouts on Saturday (none friday).
