Learn to Crossfit - Wynyard

WYNYARD - Learn to CrossFit. This course is put on by Synergy Strength and Synergy Garage - our team will be covering the basics of the CrossFit Synergy Garage program and be instructing all participants how to properly complete the fundamental exercises and movements along with scalings and modifications in a safe and effective manner. 
Detailed Schedule -
- 10:00am - Intro and discussions
- 10:30am - Warm-up protocols
- 11:00am - Hip hinge exercises (Deadlift and KBS)
- 12:00pm - Pressing exercises (press, push press, push jerk)
- 1:00pm - Lunch and nutrition talk with Sherri from Synergy Nutrition (bring your own lunch)
- 2:30pm - Review of morning work
- 3:00pm - Squatting exercises (air squat, back, front, and OHS squat)
- 4:00pm - Gymnastics bar exercises (kipping variations, pull-ups and T2B variations)
- 5:00pm - Finish-up Q&A - discussion
**Please bring your own lunch as we will be eating and learning together
**This will be an action packed day of practical work - please dress accordingly
