I was always active growing up but I was never really fit. In order to excel I needed something that was going to better my game. The 1st year synergy opened I joined. I started taking crossfit classes in the summer on my off seasons as a student athlete. I saw immediate results and was hooked ever since!

I love the environment and community feel at the gym. I had such a great and positive experience and  I want others to have the same experience. My favourite things: helping people do things they have never done before and watching people come into the gym not being your traditional athlete and turning into one through synergy’s programming.
