This course is designed to teach you how to make a healthy meal. This may sound simple and easy, but many truly do not knwo the ins and outs of making a healthy meal choice and how to prepare it for their family or themselves efficiently. This course is built to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable.
WEEKLY MEAL PREP
This course is a true winner - how to prepare meals for an entire week in just two hours. Prepping boiled chicken and rice is easy, but you wont eat it.....you know you wont!. Coach Sherri is going to show you how to how easy it is to make delicious and enjoyable meals for the entire week in just 2 hours.
