RESULTS CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP - Nutrition and Workout Program

Results are important! And that's why we take them seriously!

Synergy's 8 Week Results CrossFit Bootcamp is designed to get you to your health goals in the safest, most efficient way and time frame. No mess'n around!!

By combining sound nutritional changes taught in a weekly session, and exercise through one hour CrossFit classes 2 or 3 times per week, you will start to feel and look great in a very short time. 

Here's how it works;

Step 1 - Choose to workout 3x's/week (MWF) or 2x's per week (T/TH)

Step 2 - Choose your time -  6, 7 or 8 MWF or 5, 6, 7, 8 pm T/TH

Step 3 - Attend the once-per-week Nutrition session Saturday 8:30 am - 9:15 am

 

COST ~ 3x's / week = $140/month

            ~ 2x's / week = $115/month

~ LOCATION - Synergy Strength North East @ Sasktel Sports Centre on Nelson Road

Whether you are a regular fitness buff now or haven't exercised in awhile, this will work for you. CrossFit is scalable to EVERY level of health.
