CROSSFIT AS RX'D

This is AWESOME!

Synergy Strength is introducing a new summer campaign called CROSSFIT AS RX'D. We are going to be hosting monthly Saskatoon Community based workouts open to any and all CrossFit Atheltes with enough experience to take on workouts "As Rx'd".  

We will be using different locations throughout Saskatoon (River landing, Parks, Trails, Bridges, etc.) once a month to host Saturday workouts aimed at terrifying the average CrossFitter.  Our goal is to host Regional, Games, Hero style workouts using Saskatoon unique landscapes and challenge the best of the best atheltes in a fun yet competitive arena.  

The first workout we completed was the classic hero wod "MURPH" at our SE location

The next RX'd WOD is;.

WHEN - Saturday June 25th, @ 2:00pm
WHERE - Corey's House of Pain
WOD - "Pyramid Double Helen" from the 2010 Games. 
- Run 1200 meters
- 63 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood)
- 36 pull-ups
- Run 800 meters
- 42 kettlebell swings
- 24 pull-ups
- Run 400 meters
- 21 kettlebell swings
- 12 pull ups
WHO CAN JOIN? Anyone and everyone who can do the workout as Rx'd (unscaled) as we will not have the time, energy, and ability to scale. Registration is not required, just show up and kill it. 
COST - These workouts are FREE for all - come join us for a great WOD.
