Youth Multi-Sport Camp

Synergy Strength will be hosting a YOUTH (ages 10-16) multi-sport day camp March 20th from 9:00am-4:00pm.  The camp will focus on the Strength Sports of CrossFit, Weightlifting, Strongman, and Powerlifting. The days schedule will be as follows;

9:00-9:30am - Arrival and Registration
10:00-11:00am - Mobility and Movement Skills
11:00-11:30am - Break
11:30am -12:30pm - Powerlifting and Strongman
12:30-1:30 - Lunch (bring your own lunch)
1:30-2:30pm - Weightlifting
2:30-3:00pm - Break
3:00-4:00pm - CrossFit and Games
4:00pm - Wrap-up

This camp is aimed at exposing kids to strength sports and allowing kids access to coaching and a fun day of learning.  The goal is to introduce kids to proper weight room etiquette and technical aspects of the basic lifts the strength sports employ.
