In January 2016 Synergy Strength will be offering 5 week Nutrition Programs at varying times throughout the week. These programs are designed to improve your knowledge, application, and relationship with food and healthy eating. The Nutrition On Ramp will cover topics such as;
- What is Whole Food Real Food?
- What does food consist of and how do we need to view it for ideal weight-loss and nutrition?
- Understadning portion control
- Pre/peri/post wod nutrition
- Meal planning, prepping, and recipe ideas
Each week will consist of a one hour lecture and discussion on specific topics, homework tasks, and methods of how to instantly apply nutritional strategies for weight-loss and performance.
The long-term goal is to assist members in looking, feeling, and performing better on a daily basis.
Class times right now will be;
- Monday January 11th @ 7:00pm
- Tuesday January 19th @ 7:00pm
- Wednesday January 13th @ 5:00pm
**Each class runs for 1 hour and runs each week for 5 weeks in a row.
