Our health is our most important asset. Unfortunately most of us only realize that once we start to lose it. Aging is a natural process and unavoidable. There is no denying that. A solid foundation of strength and mobility are key components to staying healthy and aging well.  The Masters’ Strength Program is specifically designed for adults 55 and older who want to improve their health along with maintaining strength and mobility as they get older. Through twice a week small group training sessions you will get stronger, move easier and improve your energy.

We offer this program three times per week, Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm.  The main goal of the program is to make people’s lives better as they age. To improve their quality of life, help them stay active, independent and happy by improving/maintaining their strength and mobility. We give those involved the physical capacity to do everything they want to do as they head into retirement, to keep preventable health issues at bay, by building a stronger, fitter person, and provide a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for people who may not have been active for years to come and start making some real change in their physical well-being.
