CrossFit at Synergy

CrossFit is one of the fastest growing sports in the world.  Why? People are starting to understand the benefits, the camaraderie, the results, and the true enjoyment of the sport.  We offer a huge schedule of classes, which are all coach led, and team oriented.  

What is CrossFit? typically defined as constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity.  This definition is correct, but is lacking in meaning;

       - Constantly varied - you will never die of boredom! Workouts (WOD's) change daily and are always new and exciting. We believe variety is key to long term success and enjoyment

       - Functional movement - we use movement that mimic life and sport; squats, deadlifts, pressing, running, rowing, etc.  The goal is to teach people how to move and what true movement is. 

       - High intensity - this is truly relative to the individual,  What is considered high intensity for one is different for another, but we believe in hard work and commitment to pushing oneself.

6, 7, 9, 10am

Noon, 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6, 7, 8pm

Weekends:

9, 10, 11am, 12pm

Stat Holidays:

10-11am, 12pm
